Sophie is a Level 2 General Gymnastics Coach with Club Management qualification. She is a former member of the British Junior Olympic Potential Diving Team as well as being a qualified Physiotherapist from Coventry University in 2012. She will be answering emails, doing the secretarial work for the business and is the welfare officer. She has been busy completed First Aid appointed person course, Safeguarding training and Coach Mentor training. During her spare time, Sophie is looking after her daughter Amelie born in July 2017 and her husband, and is hoping to have time to fit in adult gymnastics classes to keep fit.
Diane is a former Artistic Gymnast who has extensive experience in coaching and running General Gymnastics clubs. She holds Club Coach qualifications in General Gymnastics and the Coach Award for Trampolining. Additionally, Diane is an Acrobatics Gymnastics Club Judge. Diane is a British Gymnastics Tutor for UKCC General Gymnastics coaching courses. In terms of family life, Diane and her husband Mark have three children – Aimee, Sophie and Finn.
Finn is a level 2 General Gymnastics coach and will be running Dynamics Classes from April 2019. He finished his Nursing degree from Anglia Ruskin in 2019 and has been working with Dynamics since he was 13 years old. Finn is fully DBS checked and has completed first aid at work and safeguarding children courses. Finn enjoys attending adult gymnastics and walking is Akita in his spare time.
